Marketing Your Fundraiser Program
Getting the Word Out!
Key to a successful fundraiser program is awareness. The good news is you have lots of ways to get the word out. Below are a few key ways that are sure to drive results.
In-store POP
There's no better target audience than your current customers. Window clings, table tents, at-the-register POP are great ways to get the attention of the hundreds of people that come through each day. Pro Tip: Add a QR code to the signage that takes guests directly to your event request page.

Social Media
Simply post your share link or website URL to Facebook or other favorite social channels. You can also post these links in community groups such as neighborhood pages surrounding your locations. Be sure to include links to your scheduling page and a summary of your give back.

Email Campaigns
Leveraging your existing email list is a great way to generate fundraiser event reservations. Be sure to include links to your scheduling page and a summary of your give back.
For a more targeted approach, reach out directly to booster club and PTO/PTA presidents of schools in your area. Their email addresses can be found with a simple google search.
Grass roots
Have your team canvas the area within a 5-mile radius of the restaurant and leave fundraiser program promotion flyers at all the elementary, Jr High and High schools. Be sure to hit both public and private schools. There are many other fundraising candidates such as little leagues, volleyball clubs, dance teams, so keep an open mind as you market.
