Clearing out Pending Results Events

You may have past events that were cancelled, or changed, but not adjusted in DonationScout.  These events will show up as Pending Results events.  Once you’ve confirmed that the event never happened, simply hit the Cancel button at the bottom of the screen shown below.  This is a best practice that will help you avoid confusion as you process other events.
