This is a custom DonationScout URL that will link users to your entire fundraiser program.  Anyone that follows this link will see all events types that you have created.  Each event type has it's own unique URL which can be found on the "Event Types" page, which can be shared independently. 

User Management

Primary account holders can invite others to help manage DonationScout.  Simply click the "invite new user" button, then add the name and email of the person you would like to invite.  You can restrict invited users to specific locations or grant access to all.  You can also turn off event notification for users where appropriate. 

What invited users WILL be able to do 

  • Respond to event requests
  • Communicate with fundraising organizations
  • Change event dates
  • Edit event marketing flyer
  • Enter event results
  • Add payment information for online donation payments (and send payment) 

What invited users WILL NOT be able to do

  • Invite other users
  • Add/remove locations
  • Add new creative files
  • View or edit subscription payment information
