Share on your unique event page on your social media channels, email blasts or via text message. To find your unique event page select ShareLink within the reservation. This will open a new browser where you can select to share directly on Facebook and X. You can also copy the URL to send in an email or text. This event page includes all important information about your fundraiser including the marketing materials, location, date, time and rules/restrictions.
Distribute your promotional materials (i.e. fundraiser flyer).
Post on your groups social media, board members social media and relevant community pages.
Print hard copy flyers to pass out at meetings, school drop off, community boards, etc.
Distribute via email blast.
Consider creative opportunities to spread the word about your upcoming event that may be unique to your organization. For example,
A PTA could:
Print stickers to give each student on the day of the event
Have the principle highlight on the morning announcements
Place banners, a-frames or yard stake in the parent pick up lane
A Church Youth Group could:
Place the fundraiser flyer in the church bulletin
Have the fundraiser announced during the service from the pulpit
