Bulk Actions - In Kind

To quickly Approve, Deny, Fulfill or Cancel donation request from the table view, simply follow the instructions below.

Bulk Approvals / Denials

Step 1: After navigating to the Donations table, click on Filters. 

Step 2: Select the Status and the Donation Type and click Apply Filters. 

The table will repopulate with the selected filtered requests as show below.  

Next, select the appropriate check boxes to the left of each request, or bulk check by clicking the box at the very top.

To bulk Approve or Deny, click the appropriate action which will bring up a modal where you will enter Fulfilment Details for Approvals or a Denial Reason. 

Bulk Approvals

This modal allows you to select the agreed upon due date and donation value. In some cases like Student Rewards with unknown redemption, the donation value might be zero.  However, with in-kind donations or sponsorships a donation value can be used to track local community giving.

Upon approval, the requesting organization will receive an email with the details of the donation and fulfilment details specifically related to them.  To be clear, the message added to Fulfilment Details (Recipient) will only be sent to the requesting organization and visa versa for Fulfilment Details (Internal).

*Be sure to enter generic fulfillment instructions that are appropriate for all request of this particular donation type.  For unique instructions or nuances, bulk actions is not appropriate.

Bulk Denials

Be sure to add a generic message that is appropriate for all the request that you need to deny.

Bulk Fulfillments / Cancellations

Following the same filter selection process discussed above, select Approved requests to see the bulk action functionality for request that have been Fulfilled or approved requests that have been cancelled. 

Fulfillments

Be sure to enter a generic message that is appropriate for all fulfilment confirmations in this bulk action.  For unique reasons, bulk actions is not appropriate.

Cancellation

Be sure to a enter generic message that is appropriate for all cancellations in this bulk action.  For unique reasons, bulk actions is not appropriate.
