Custom Events Types

Using Custom Events in DonationScout

Custom events can be used alongside your existing event types or on their own. One example of a custom event type is creating a promotion for a single day of the week, such as Monday, where you increase the donation percentage to help drive sales on that night.

To create a new event type, navigate to Event Types under Settings in your menu. Click New Event Type in the top right corner, then follow the guided steps displayed on your screen.

On the Event Types page, you can also edit or manage your existing event types as needed.
